Richard Anthony wants 5 crew for why not, jeanneau s/o 45.2, 14m.
From Las Palmas, Spain to Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia.
November 2015 to December 2015.
Hi my name is Richard I am a fun easy going guy who likes to live life to the full ,only just got into sailing in the last four years, went on a flotilla holiday to Turkey and then onto the BVI and had two wonderful weeks and loved it so much we came back and searched europe for a boat and found one that ticked all our(Tracey and I ) boxes and have sailed it from Portugal all the way down to Greece,I sail single handed with my partner who is great on the boat for most things( gin and tonics etc) but not that interested in the actual sailing,we have been in dozens of harbours and marinas around the med and we always seem to manage without any help, we have covered over 14500 miles at sea now in all sorts of conditions night and day and I have learned a lot in four years and still have a lot to learn but most of all we have laid back fun. We have all the toys on our boat ,Fishing, scuba x2, paddle board ,Hammocks, etc.etc I like to fish from the back of the boat and we like to eat nice fish from the sea when we can. I have booked to go over to the Caribbean (St Lucia) with the ARC in November 2015 maybe you could join us for a few days or so in the Med to see how we go or you could join us in Gibraltar around mid September to sail down to the gran Canaries for the start of the race on the 22nd of November . We thought if we charged £1200 per person for the total 3/4 week experience this would be a small contribution to the total cost and represent great value for money, we will supply all food and drink while onboard during the race(not alcohol) you will be expected to buy your food and drinks while you are ashore and to pay for your own travel to and from the boat, I don't mind two females, two males or even a couple. We are starting our 2015 journey this year around the 16/17 of September up to Gibraltar (stopping along the way of course) then we will sail on down to Las Palmas to prepare for the crossing to St Lucia , so if you want to join us along the way for a few days then be our guest, please get in touch or contact us through Facebook Many Thanks Richard and Tracey. Richard is currently based in Valencia, Spain Smoking on board: smoking allowed Total people on board: 6 Crew roles: Tracey will be doing all cooking but would welcome any help offered crew would be expected to help me with any maintenance jobs and the sailing of course and would also have to do their watch slots at night . I am easy going and would be very happy to take any advice that is going , I am well travelled now at sailing but you never stop learning at this job ,thats what makes it so great Money: daily contribution from crew Travel to and from boat: crew pays brought to you by HomeAdviceTermsContact website designed, developed and hosted by imPowerSupportThis website and its content is copyright of World Cruising Club Ltd © World Cruising Club Ltd 2014.
