Ushuaia, Chilean Fjords of Patagonia, Puerto Montt This is our most exciting leg for those looking for a real adventure in Patagonia. Starting from Ushuaia we will visit Puerto Williams in Chile before heading off in search of the many beautiful anchorages scattered around the Chilean canals. Although a little chillier than our usual cruising grounds, the stunning scenery and prolific wildlife will more than make up for it. There’s a chance to see whales, beavers and seals whilst anchored in sheltered bays under glaciers. There are fantastic hiking opportunities all round this area and for the really brave, the odd dip in a chilly pool or waterfall. Gradually making our way north, this leg will conclude in Puerto Montt. It would be worth spending time here after the end of the leg to appreciate the amazing scenery.
