I am looking for 2 additional crew members to join me and one other crew member already on board (but with limited experience) who are interested in sailing down to the Caribbean in November with the ARC Caribbean 1500 Rally. I sailed the ARC Delmarva rally in June and am looking forward to a trip to the British Virgin Islands for the winter. I recently retired and now have the time to do this. The boat is fully prepared, tested, and ready. I would be willing to work arrangements with anyone who is interested, depending on interest in just doing the voyage itself or staying in the islands.

Sailing with a Rally: Caribbean 1500

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : shared cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 4

Crew roles: I am seeking experienced folks who have navigational and weather-handling experience primarily and the ability to support watches, but other skills are quite welcomed. I personally have a lot of maintenance experience, as I have essentially completely rebuilt the boat, so that is not a priority. I want to be able to sleep on my off-watch times and know that someone is on watch, competent to keep the ship moving safely.

Money: captain pays all expenses
