Senior crew members on 50' yacht entered in 2015 trans Atalntic race. Passsage expected to take 18 days. Day racing opportunities in England in August.

Cabins/Sleeping : shared cabin-hot bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 7

Crew roles: looking for experienced offshore crew. Want experience with weather analysis, navigation & sailing skill. Although this is a race, safety comes first. Main difference with cruising passage will be heightened attention to sail trim & no use of engine in calms, and more frequent sail changes. Boat is comfortable and owner/crew are friendly and personable. Have not decided on cooking plan but may be looking for cook who would not stand watch.

Money: captain pays all expenses
