From Cabedelo, Brazil to Chaguaramas, Trinidad & Tobago.
August 2014 to November 2014.
Leaving from NE Brazil in mid Aug, a few stops along N Brazil, then 2-3 weeks each in French Guiana, Suriname, Guyana. Finally to Trinidad by mid November. Opportunity for time spent ashore exploring particularly in the three Guyanas. We are a relaxed boat, with plenty of equipment to make sailing and being at comfortable and safe. Financial contribution: reasonable shared food, fuel, docking (although we mostly anchor). No financial contribution to boat maintenance expected.
What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): does not matter
Sailing with a Rally: Independent
I'm looking for (gender): either
Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk
Smoking on board: non-smokers only
Total people on board: 3
Crew roles: We will do several multiday passages, so must be comfortable with watchkeeping. Cooking is optional (I am Cordon Bleu trained, and always happy to cook). Assistance with general boat upkeep, nothing too onerous. If you would like to be involved in navigation, passage planning, etc, you are welcome to be.
Money: expenses shared equally
Travel to and from boat: crew pays
