From Hamble, United Kingdom to Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia.

August 2014 to December 2014.

We have 4 well qualified crew (3 Offshore Yacht Masters) who have extensive offshore experience but limited ocean passage making experience. We would like to have 1 or 2 more crew to help with the watch system and to generally make the trip more interesting. Good experience is an obvious benefit but the absolute level of experience is not critical. Some sailing experience would be useful. We are looking for people to help us get the boat from the UK down to the Canaries, for the ARC 2014 itself and for the return trip via the ARC Europe in May 2015. There are also opportunities for cruising in the Caribbean between these events.

Crew roles: Specialist knowledge would be an advantage but is not necessary. We would expect all of our crew to be involved in all aspects of the trip. It is an opportunity for people to share experience and also gain experience. The current members have good experience and have been on all relevant training courses in preparation for the trips.

Money: expenses shared equally
