[ Cancelled ] ARC+ via Cape Verde Isles onto St Lucia Caribbean Nov 2014 Gibraltar to Saint Lucia ref 2856

Richard Anthony wants 3 crew for why not, jeanneau s/o 45.2, 14m.

From Marina bay, Gibraltar to Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia.

November 2014 to December 2014.

I am a fun easy going guy who likes to live life to the full ,only just got into sailing in the last three years, went on a flotilla holiday to Turkey and then onto the BVI and had two wonderful weeks and loved it so much we came back and searched europe for a boat and found one that ticked all our boxes and have sailed it from Portugal all the way down to Greece,I sail single handed with my partner who is great on the boat for most things( gin and tonics etc) but not that interested in the actual sailing,we have been in dozens of harbours and marinas around the med and we always seem to manage without any help, we have covered over 10,000 miles at sea now in all sorts of conditions night and day and I have learned a lot in three years and still have a lot to learn but most of all we have laid back fun. We have all the toys on our boat ,Fishing, scuba x2, paddle board ,Hammocks, etc.etc I like to fish from the back of the boat and we like to eat nice fish from the sea when we can. We have booked to go over to the Caribbean (St Lucia) with the ARC via Cape Verde in November 2014 we are taking my Partners (Tracey) Daughter with us for company who is 26 and we are looking for two more people to join us to share the costs and the experience hopefully with some or lots of sailing experience and will be happy to share chores sailing and of course night watch ,maybe you could join us for a few days or so in the Med to see how we go or you could join us in Gibraltar around mid October to sail down to the grand Canaries for the start of the race on the 9 th of November . We thought if we charged £1200 per person for the total 4/5 week experience this would be a small contribution to the total cost and represent great value for money, we will supply all food and drink while onboard (not alcohol) you will be expected to buy your food and drinks while you are ashore and to pay for your own travel to and from the boat, we don't mind two females, two males or even a couple. We are starting our 2014 journey this year at the end of April in Corfu and we are having a month in that area and then on for a month in Croatia and then bringing the boat out of the Med via Sardinia and Mallorca and then Ibiza and Formentara and then over to mainland Spain and up to Gibraltar (stopping all along the way of course) then we will sail on down to Las Palmas to prepare for the crossing to St Lucia , so if you want to join us along the way for a few days then be our guest, please also note that both Tracey and I are both non smokers ,but we do not mind people smoking at the rear of the boat as long as they respect others , please get in touch or contact us through Facebook Many Thanks Richard and Tracey.
