Ritchie Gatt wants 3 crew for Ostra a, Oyster 53, 16m.

From Alcudia, Spain to , Saint Lucia.

July 2014 to December 2014.

Leaving Mallorca in July heading East for Greece via Italy/Sicily. Then towards end of September head west towards Las Palmas (Via Palma for maintenance) arriving early November for ARC2014. After the ARC will spend winter in Caribbean then heading North up US coast before heading back to the Med in summer. Help is needed for longer passages especially the ARC, ideally one crew member who has done it before. Nothing set in stone yet, apart from ARC entry, just looking for suggestions from willing crew.

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : shared cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 5

Crew roles: Looking for experienced ocean crew member to assist skipper (me) with limited experience. Other crew need to be able to keep night watches as a minimum. All other jobs to be shared amongst crew, although someone with good cooking skills would be great.

Money: captain pays all expenses

Travel to and from boat: captain pays
