Seeking crew member to join my seven to ten year solo circumnavigation beginning April/May 2016 starting in the West Indies (Port to be determined. Crew taken on and departs as agreed beforehand). I Will depart Baltimore October 1, 2015, and take on crew in the west Indies for Panama Canal transit and west coast of Central/South America exploration preceding South Pacific transit. All destinations to be determined as I go - trip is not, I repeat not, destination driven. Looking for solid ocean and heavy weather sailing skill-set with references. Expected to equally perform all sailing and vessel maintenance tasks, as well as cooking, watch and log. Good social and conversational skills, cleanliness and neatness are a must. Will provide all on-board meals and visa entry expenses. Please provide own safety and wet gear, including vest, harness, EPIRB, whistle and flashlight.
