Dear seafarers and soon to be seafarers! I would like to gather the strongest of minds, the most willing of people, the adventurers, the free spirits of this world on a journey of our lifetimes ... settings sails from the heart of Amsterdam to the breathtaking natural beauty, a scene of volcanic activity and where tectonic plates meet ... Iceland! We need a crew of 4-6 ... anyone willing to take on the challenge is invited. We select you and you select us based on mutual understanding and agreement. You pay by crew-duties aboard and we shall share the cost of food that we enjoy. You can join us all the way to Iceland and back, including the stops in between, or simply hop on one of the legs of our journey. I am sorry to tell you that I am not a financially rich captain, so, I cannot afford to pay for staff nor can I afford to fly you in. The ones who sign up are rewarded by astonishing beauty of nature, by the purest form of friendships and the richest of adventures! When crew selection has be finalized, we will discuss our plan of the journey, starting with safety principles in mind, alignment, proper preparation and technical inspection and maintenance of our trusted vessel.

Crew roles: As safety is of highest priority, we can only select people that feel confident in moving about a sailing vessel while at high-seas. A healthy mind in a healthy body with a proper social attitude towards others is therefore mandated. We will need at least 2 experienced sailors for watch (day and night), but others can be novices in sailing. Everyone will be sea-sick in the first day(s) and everyone will need to get used to the boat and the circumstances.
