Christopher Brookes-Hoy Ryan wants 1 crew for Tala, Lagoon 400 S2, m.

From Chagaramus, Trinidad & Tobago to TBC, Antigua & Barbuda.

December 2026 to May 2027.

We are looking for an au pair type role to help look after our 2 girls (2yo & 4yo). The boat is currently in Trinidad and we will be returning to start sailing again early December 2026. We are a little unsure of our sailing plans at the moment. The two possibilites are: - Cruise the Caribbean season and then sail back to the Med in May 2027 - Make our way to Panama and head into the Pacific for a season There will be opportunity to get involved in watches/sailing the boat but the primary role is help with the children. Also, bear in mind we are cruisers so tend to stay anchored in one place for reasonable time periods. The yacht is a Lagoon 400 S2 and is fully equipped for offshore (plenty of power, hot water etc). We also have kite surfing equipment and a sailing dinghy on board. This is an unpaid position but we will cover all expenses (food, drink and eating out) and may cover the cost of flights. A bonus would be anyone who would come and stay with us in the UK before December

What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): does not matter

Sailing with a Rally: Independent

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: non-smokers only

Total people on board: 5

Crew roles: Not much sailing experience required but needs to be good with children and help with cooking/cleaning. Primarily looking for an individual but may possibly consider a couple

Money: captain pays all expenses

Travel to and from boat: negotiable
