Crew roles: Cashew is seeking 3 crew for extended crusing Initial Voyage will be down the US Coast to Norfolk VA, to do the Salty Dog Rally from Norfolk to Antigua starting around Nov1. Following that Cashew is enrolled int 2026 ARC World Rally and looking for crew. Cashew is a Little Harbor 53 monohull with 3 cabins designed for Ocean Sailing. Boat has all the standard off shore equipment, including generator, water maker, Starlink, SSB, Iridium Go, 8 Person Life Raft etc. Looking for crew to for some or any part of the Journey. Cashew is a no alcohol on passage and no drugs anytime. Boat will be responsible for all onboard expenses, you will be responsible for travel to and from the boat and any off boat expenses.
