From Nadi, Fiji to Opua, New Zealand.

October 2025 to December 2025.

Baloo is a 2014 Outremer 51. She is well appointed. Full suite of sails, including symmetrical spinnaker, screecher, jib, staysail. Standing rigging replaced lower 2022, upper 2024. B&G Zeus 3 with forward sonar and mast head camera. 100l/ hour water maker, 2000w solar. Volvo engines with recent mojor service including injectors, heat exchangers, new fresh water pumps and raw water impellers. Life raft ditch bag. Starlink, Iridium Exec. Toys: SCUBA Compressor, SUP, Wing foil Owners: over 20,000 offshore miles. Salied New England to Caribbean. Panama to Galapagos, French Polynesia, Tonga to NZ. Then Pacific west to east: NZ to Austral Islands, Society Islands, Hawaii to BC Canada. Non-smokers, light drinkers, no alcohol on passages, no illegal drugs. Omnivores. We will sail in Fiji, beginning mid October, until a good weather window opens to sail to NZ. This passage is about 1 week and may be longer for stops at Minerva Reef. The we will sail NZ until late December Crew may stay until then or disembark earlier after arrival in NZ, if then wish. Crew share in all on board duties, including watches, cooking, cleaning, boat maintenance and chores. Food is shares equally on a per person basis. We decide the menu and shopping list together and then split the costs. This is a freindly shares experience, not paid crew and not paid passenger. Transportation to and from any port is up to the crew.
