[ active ] Crew to sail with us West Africa Cape Verdes to Gambia ref 15249

Captn Steph wants 5 crew for Jacob Meindert, Baltimore Clipper, m.
From Santiago, Cape Verdes to Banjul, Gambia.
February 2025 to May 2025.
We look to build a permanent crew to sail and trade on the coast of West Africa on our Topsail Schooner from our base in the Cape Verde islands. We are presently a crew of five and look for additional crew mates to join our fleet. The aim is for us to create a community of people who want to live as true nomads on seas. West Africa is a good place to start as there is almost no maritime transportation available. Please come with patience, we first need to learn how to work together, sail the ship, do maintenance. We will start just doing local sail training and when we are ready we go on our first trip to the African coast.
