Description

Lowana is a Fountaine Pajot 44. Length 13.3, Beam 7.4. She is a 4 cabin 4 shower/head model. Lowana has been well appointed in the last 18 months with significant upgrades to her livability - she has 2000W of solar and 990 Amps of battery so power is seldom an issue. She was upgraded with a watermaker, improved ground tackle, clears and weather protection at the helm and cockpit, new davits installed to hoist the tender well above water level, a new tender and 20Hp outboard. She has normal sails plus a new Code 0 and a fantastic new parasail. Internally she is comfortable with plenty of cooking capability and a coffee machine. To keep us entertained and for exercise we have kayaks and SUPs. For communication safety she has VHF, Starlink and IridiumGo as backup. Lowana is owned by 2 Australian couples who share time on her both together and separately. We have a 5 year ownership plan encompassing 2 seasons in each of Mediterranean, Caribbean, South Pacific. We are in season 2 and looking to cross the Atlantic with ARC 2024 to spend our 3rd season in the Caribbean.
