Built in 1989 as “ CHARLES JOURDAN ” for the Whitbread Round The World Race (known as the Volvo Ocean Race ), our “CJ” is one of the few boats still sailing in this world-famous regatta! She was also the first yacht in the world to sail a distance of over 400 nm (distance covered in 24 hours), won the infamous Fastnet Race twice. She is listed as a Legend Boat for these events.
