Crew roles: We are looking for crew willing to learn - Luis Serpa has a large experience in teaching sailing - and not willing to take unnecessary risks. Luis is an experienced, responsible, professional sailor with many miles under his feet. He's fluent in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese, his mother-tongue. Easy going, good sense of humor, he'll pilot you safely across the pond.
