Crew roles: Crew roles: I and my trusted crew member since many years are looking for one or two crew members for a tour of the Baltic. I and my crew (26) are a good team and has sailed together for several years. Now, we are looking for an additional crew member for this summers cruise aged 25 to 35. Focus of the cruise is on nature and historic sights. Captain pays all expenses related to the boat but crew is expected to contribute to cost of grocery.
