What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): Watch-leader
Sailing with a Rally: Independent
I'm looking for (gender): either
Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk
Smoking on board: smoking allowed
Total people on board: 5
Crew roles: Don't need a captain. We're two married couples, insurance requiring us to add one crew w/ocean crossing experience. Sorry for short notice, it was surprise to us as well. You are not on holiday, we all stand watch, have responsibilities, and follow our sail-plan. No smoking. Need crew who can fit into our group, but we are not hardened task-masters and are not typical Americans, either. Maybe cook once or twice (I'm a chef). Light breakfast on your own, charcuterie-type lunches, crew dinner at sunset (usually) then night watches.
Money: captain pays all expenses
Travel to and from boat: negotiable
