May 2023 to July 2023.
Begin living on our boat 7 May 2023, departing for England about a week later. If you have some sailing experience, we’d like you to share our adventure and a safe and easygoing passage on our sturdy 48-foot classic ketch. You will share a cabin with one or two other female crew. You must be able to cook and speak good English. We’ll split food costs. Moderate drinking and smoking is OK. Our journey will take round 60 days, with stops in Bermuda and the Azores. We have a large inventory of equipment, with a new life raft, hot showers, air conditioning, a water maker, fridge, stove, microwave, StarLink internet, solar, generator, a huge onboard entertainment library and more. Your knowledge of electrical, mechanical and other marine systems is welcome. Please email a cover letter telling me why you want to do this trip, plus your two resumes listing two referees to Captain Darrel. No vegetarians please as we’ll be eating fresh fish!
