Looking for one crew with blue water experience. 2004 HallbergRassy 43 with new standing rig, new hydrovane windpilot and new Raymarine lighthouse instruments including Doppler radar. Very experienced skipper and first mate. Total onboard 3. After Thanksgiving holiday depart Hampton VA for USVIs or BVIs. Captain pays onboard food and boat expenses. Crew pays for own transportation. No smoking/vaping. Dry boat while on the way. No drugs. Not looking for delivery skipper.

Crew roles: Crew should have blue water experience. Understand how to conduct night watches, sail configurations and be able to cope with others in confined spaces. Crew should be able to follow directions from skipper, be clean and neat. Crew pays for their own transportation costs.

Money: captain pays all expenses
