From Port Louis Marina, Grenada to English Harbour, Antigua & Barbuda.
February 2020 to May 2020.
Hello! We are Sail Racing Academy and we like to provide fun, rewarding and affordable sailing opportunities for newbies and sea dogs alike. We are going to be entering a number of races during the 2020 Caribbean Season and are looking for crews to join us, so if you are interested in any of the following, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Thank you. https://www.sailracingacademy.org/ RORC CARIBBEAN 600- 18th-28th February £1550 600 miles of non-stop off-shore racing around the islands of the Caribbean. Starting from Antigua and sailing up and around the islands from Guadeloupe in the south to Anguilla in the north. This isn’t a race for the faint-hearted. Includes 2-4 days of training. http://caribbean600.rorc.org/ ST MAARTEN HEINEKEN REGATTA- 5th-9th March £1100 Made up of two combined events, the Regatta starts with the one-day Gill Commodore’s Cup and continues with three days of the St. Maarten Heineken Regatta. The races are a mixture of windward-leeward and coastal races blended together into an irresistible Caribbean cocktail of racing and night time parties. Includes 2 days of training. https://heinekenregatta.com/ ST THOMAS INTERNATIONAL REGATTA- 24th-29th March £900 Known as the “Crown Jewel” of Caribbean racing, The St. Thomas International Regatta is made up of three days of racing with the added bonus of the independent Round the Rocks pre-STIR race. Evenings are all about the dinner and the live music. Includes 2 days of training. https://stthomasinternationalregatta.com/ BVI SPRING REGATTA- 30th Mar- 5th April £900 There's a choice of races, starting with the Round the Island of Tortola Race and the Invitation race to Scrub Island, which between them make up the Sailing Festival, then over the weekend will be the Spring Regatta itself where there's three days, and numerous races around the islands and rocks of the BVI. The evenings will be made up of celebrating at one of the many parties. https://bvispringregatta.org/ LES VOILES DE ST BARTH RICHARD MILLE- 12th-18th April £1100 Known as the 'Sails of St Barts", this race will be celebrating its 10th birthday with this fun filled sailing festival. Join us to celebrate this mile stone by tackling 5 days of racing and partying at one of the most eco-conscious regattas.
