November 2019 to June 2021.

We are looking for one crew member or a couple with some experience that will help us to do the maintenance of our sailboat during the next few months while she is docked in Algarve, Portugal, and then go with us around the world during at least 2 years. It would be a long term full-time job paid accordingly to your experience and dedication. Some knowledge of sailing, mechanics, electronics, electricity, plumbing and other crafts to yachting will weight positively in your application. Being an experienced skipper is not a requirement as the boat will be captained by its owner while on most of trips. That said, If you made many miles at sea already we will consider it positively and may ask you to do short trips. Consider that, while we plan to sail around the world, we plan to do so without rushing, thus you need to be prepared to spend lots of time in the boat while in the dock or anchored. We are a family of four with two young children and while we plan to sail with someone to help us with our kids you need to be at ease with small children as they are very curious and tend to test your patience.
