[ Cancelled ] Experience Building United Kingdom to United Kingdom ref 11702

Chris Cooper wants 1 crew for Osprey, Hallberg Rassy, m.

From Gosport (Army Sailing Association), United Kingdom to Any, United Kingdom.

October 2019 to October 2020.

I sail mainly in the Solent. I usually have two or three on board, including me - which means you are likely to have the fore cabin to yourself. I usually go out for two or three days, and up to ten days. I am happy for people to join and leave when it suits them - the South Coast is well served by trains. I am happy to sail with people of varying experience. The yacht is extremely well maintained, has 5ft 11 standing head room, heating, cooker & oven, large fridge and plenty of storage. In two or three years I plan to purchase a larger yacht, suitable for a circumnavigation with the World Arc. In the mean time, I would like to meet and sail with crew who may like to join me.

What roles/experience are needed (Crew 1): does not matter

Sailing with a Rally: Independent

I'm looking for (gender): either

Cabins/Sleeping : own cabin-own bunk

Smoking on board: smoking allowed

Total people on board: 3

Crew roles: Anyone who loves sailing, would like to learn or gain more experience. In two or three years I plan to purchase a yacht more suited to a circumnavigation in comfort; I am interested in meeting and sailing with crew who may wish to join me in my future endeavour.

Money: expenses shared equally $30

Travel to and from boat: crew pays
