Description

Superb Bluewater yacht with transocean equipment and safety requirements for the 2018 ARC+ Rally from Las Palmas to St Lucia, via Cape Verde. Moana finished 3rd in the Class A Cruising Division of the Transatlantic leg of ARC+ 2018. Moana is an Oyster 56 built in 2003 and with significant refits and updates at Fox’s UK boatyard in 2015 (Navigation upgrade, new staysail and main, new generator, new standing and running rigging) & 2018 (New teak decking, coppercoat hull, electrical refit, Repower with new Volvo Penta D3, new ground tackle etc.. Hood GTI Carbon Mast and gooseneck refit. A truly comfortable mile muncher and a pleasure to sail and live aboard.
