I am planning a cruise for 1 week, May 18-25, 2019. Starting in Palma De Majorca and returning to Palma de Majorca. The boat is booked and I have paid the 50% deposit, all my flights are booked and paid for. The emphasis will be on the sailing. Conditions permitting the plan will be to circumnavigate Majorca. In general we will sail during the day and anchor/moor/dock each night. We may do 1-2 overnight sail to enable us to complete an interesting itinerary. Another option conditions permitting in addition to circumnavigating Majorca is we can go to Cabrera National Park and then mainly sail on the east side of Majorca where the most a choice of anchorages is if we do not have time to circumnavigate Majorca. I am looking for 1 crew or 2 crew if the cabin is you are a couple or friends and share the cabin. I am ASA certified(ASA 104), and have limited experience doing similar cruises as the proposed as the only other crew member on board but I am not experienced enough to skipper a boat in unfamiliar waters at night.Therefore, there will be an experienced captain on board. If you want to participate the cost of the boat will be distributed equally on a per cabin basis for the boat, and a per person basis for diesel, consumables, provisions, etc. For the boat you will pay the charter company not me. Some boating or sailing experienced is preferred but not required. I am arriving in Palma De Majorca(PMI) at 12:40pm(Air Europe 6037 from BCN), and have arranged for a rental car. If you arrive on the same flight(Ryan Air), or close to the same time we can go together to provision on the way to the boat. Check in will be at approximately 4pm maybe earlier if the boat is not booked the prior week(doubtful). It will get dark about 9:30pm. So if we can get checked in good time, and the crew is feeling good we can go to a nearby anchorage to spend the first night. Crew roles: Crew Positions: 1-2 Looking for 1-2 crew with at least some sailing experience. More or less depending on capability and skill, everyone on board will share equally in the sailing of the boat, cooking, cleaning up after meals and the fun. Cost for the boat will be distributed equally on a per cabin basis. Diesel, provisions, consumables will be distributed equally on a per per person basis.
