From St. Thomas, Virgin Islands - US to Southampton, United Kingdom.
April 2019 to May 2019.
I have sailed with friends and family from Europe to Carribean and are currently cruising slowly north there. In second half of April Iplan to sail from USVI or BVI via the Azores to UK and Germany. I am uncertain whether I will be able to have friends or family crewing these parts so I putting out this opportunity. I will like to have 3 in addition to myself, but could do with 2 plus myself if you are experienced. It is still early but I will need to clarify this probably during February as I also consider to ship it.

Crew roles: Personally, I am a very experienced sailor and technician so it is no particular skills I need to add. However, on such a journey I should have at least one or two with a certain sailing experience and it is important that those joining are prepared for the ocean as it is no possibility to step off if one of you find out that this was not what you were looking for. To be in total 4 on the passage to Azores will be important but from there I can continue with 3 so if one of you only can do the first leg it is OK. The social part and to be a flexible person is more important than your exact skills, but it is crucial that if we in the end do agree you need to come as promised and are comitted. Financially, I only ask you to share some food expenses and pay your own travel, I take the boat and everything that goes with it. The boat has 3 cabins so with 4 the fourth either share with one or sleep in the main cabin. On an ocean passage this I think is a small problem as we will go watches and choose the most comfortable bed dependent on conditions.
