We are looking for a single crew to join us on the first leg of the ARC Europe. The current crew is made of of myself, my wife, a family friend, and our six year old daughter. All of us except our daughter are competent sailors. We have had this boat for 3 years and have been outfitting her for just this journey. Cabins/Sleeping : shared cabin-hot bunk

Smoking on board: smoking allowed

Total people on board: 5

Crew roles: We are looking for another woman for this leg since nearly the entire crew are women and it will make cabin arrangements more comfortable. It is a typical cruise arrangement where everyone takes a watch and shares in the day to day activities such as taking turns in the galley. Crew should be capable of standing watch and be comfortable with short periods unassisted. We would like to have someone with reasonable sailing knowledge and some experience offshore. We encourage all crew to provide their own personal safety equipment such as PFD, spray hood, knife & flashlight, but we can provide it in cases where crew are not able to bring it.
