Doing a round the world trip with the ARC is a rare opportunity and experience from both a sailing and social perspective. Hence Hanami and I are looking for some competent, motivated and easy going crew. The 2011-2012 ARC and ARC europe was a wonderful and succesful experience we want to renew and extend. Language on board will be french and english and spanish would definitely be a plus. As a base rule expenses will be shared on a daily contribution for provisioning and fuel. Expenses when not at sea remain with each member of the crew. Expenses related to a specific requirement of a crew may remain with this crew. Boat maintenance cost remains with the captain. Travel cost to and from the boat as well as inscription fees and visas cost remain with each crew. Of course this will be discussed.
