I’m a 32 year old HR manager who have sailed my whole life. As a teenager I have worked as a sailing instructor for both kids and adults. I have focused on my on-shore career the last 10 years so it was a while ago a did my last long time trip (ARC 2007). As a person I’m a people person and people who meets me finds me very easy going and helpful- really crucial at sea. Therefore I’m looking for a easygoing and strait forward person/boat/crew to sail around the globe. Timing-wise I'm really flexible since I have a stable and nice situation at work but the minute you tell me to join you I will take time off from my HR career, the priorities are very clear for me. Skill-wise, other than HR-manager skills, I have a chef education from the Swedish Navy and cook really tasty and good food, at the time I'm really into authentic Mexican food and also the Korean kitchen. During the time in the navy I also got a practical and theoretical medical education. If you want to know anything else about me, why not set up a Skype-meeting and get to know eachother? Take Care! Victor
