Looking for a delivery of your sailing vessel back from the Caribbean Sea to Europe in spring 2023 without charging delivery fees? Need a reliable person to look after your boat in the Caribbean Sea while you are not on board at very little cost between December 2022 and April 2023? If so please pllease check out my profile for more information and get in touch with me for more details. P.S.: I will be in person available in Las Palmas prior to the start of the ARC+ / ARC Since many years I am sailing across the different European sailing areas as well as on the Atlantic. This sums up to about 15.000 nautical miles as skipper or co-skipper. My expertise is also based on a comprehensive theoretical education. This includes all German licences up to the SHS (German equivalent of the Yachtmaster Ocean), a number of seminars about all aspects of Ocean sailing, security and ship maintenance, and a medical first aid exam with focus on first aid at sea. I was furthermore enjoying sailing lessons from four very competent sailing teachers, one of them a professional who won several prestigous races. I furthermore attended a two day blue water sailing training as preparation for the Atlantic crossing and a 6 hour training about engine maintenance. I did also thoroughly study storm tactics among other throught the books from Lin & Larry Pardey and Heide and Erich Wilts. My experience includes sailing on many different types of sailing vessels from 17 – 54 feet. This includes sailing vessels from Bavaria, Jeanneau, Dufour, Varianta, Dehler, Pogo, Hanse, Leisure, Bandholm and Bowman as well as catamarans from Nautitech and Lagoon. The areas I mastered as skipper are the Atlantic (including the upcoming crossing from the Canaries to the Caribbean Sea), North Sea, Baltic Sea, Meditarrenean Sea and The Channel. For my first Atlantic trip – the delivery of a brandnew Dufour 412 Grand Large from Lisboa to Lanzarote I was awarded with a silver medal in the category bluewater sailing from the Kreuzerabteilung. On top of that I am holding a yearly 4 day manoeuver training for friends. Last but not least I am owning a small sailing vessel (Leisure 17) which I use to sail on the Berlin lakes and waterways. Finally I have a professional sailor liability insurance from HAMBURGER YACHTVERSICHERUNG SCHOMACKER. My offer to you: We - a goup of very competent, experienced and enthusiastic sailors – offer the a safe and material-friendly not commercially oriented delivery of a sailing vessel from the Caribbean Sea to Europe. Not commercially means that you as the boat owner will have to cover only ship and voyage related cost (gas, harbour fees, immigration fees, eventually required maintenance and a flat fee of 3.000 € to cover all our travel cost. Taking care of you yacht, maintenance of the yacht and preparing the vessel prior to your arrivals if you are not planning to stay in the Caribbean for the entire time but want to fly in and out for several times between December 2022 and April 2023 at low cost. | |
