Age 53 (quite good preserved) , married and proud father of 2 sons aged 16 and 19. Sailing since I was 18, I'm very attracted to nature (mountains) and the sea. Born in an Italian "gelato family", you could wonder what my actual job is... Therefore I would love to join and help as crew/skipper during the calm wintermonths. I can easily make myself free, even on short notice, during october-november-december-january-february for sailing adventures upto max. 2-3 weeks. I love good food and love to cook (by preference Italian ;-)). Being a very tech-savvy person. I spend a lot of my free time learning new things, being it programming, photography, electrics, electronics, mechanics, computers, HVAC, plumbing. Sailing experience: Mostly North sea sailing and channel crossings, thus used to quite rough weather) on chartered vessels. Some mediterrenian (Italy, Turkey). Used to night-watches & watch roles. In all these years learned a lot by experiences, mistakes, anekdotes. However, I would love to have some more "days at sea" experience. I don`t smoke nor drink and I`m trying to live a healthy livestyle. I also care a lot about on safety matters and respect for equipment and materials Profession: Gelatiere (owns 2 shops in the city centre of Ghent - Belgium) Sports; Sailing, golf, walking, biking Personal: Height - 183 cm Weight - 75 kg
Smoking: non-smoker
Relationship status: married
Dietary requirements: None, except for smelly cheeses and omelets/boiled eggs and bacon. In the daily life I try to avoid unhealthy food/drinks, nor do I insist on having 3 meals a day.
