Hi i'm Rory, Looking for crewing opportunities in Europe, and also interested in Atlantic crossings. Keen to add to my sailing experience, meet new people, share stories, and explore new places. I have experience sailing off the coast of the UK, as well as in the Med, and have my Day Skipper and VHF radio qualifications. I am easy to get on with, organised and have a practical mindset. Always willing get my hands dirty, help out, and do my share of the work onboard. Also an engineer by trade so am good at troubleshooting any problems and repairs. I'm a good cook and not a fussy eater, though more than happy to accommodate those with dietary requirements. I speak some German and a bit of French, and love the chance to speak new languages and get better at them. In addition to sailing, I love climbing, camping, and hiking. I also scuba dive from time to time. Non-smoker and fully covid vaccinated | |
