| Currently living in Cornwall and available for Ocean crossings, Island hopping or coastal trips. Participated in ARC 2020 on a Lagoon 51 Catarmaran (Bluebird), ARC 2021 on a great Benetau 44.7 (another Brick) along with delivery of the boat from from Helsinki to the Canary islands. Recent delivery (May 2023) on a Dehler 46 (Volnost) from Barcelona to Gibraltar. In July sailed from Corfu to Cadiz as part of a very shorthanded crew (2) over a couple of weeks which was great fun.More recently Sept/October 2023 a delivery of a Commodo 51' (Sloevenian Custom built 51' Cruiser) from Poltoroz to Canary Islands under varied conditions over 5 weeks. 3 people on board for most of it, an enjoyable late season sail/delivery from the E to western Medthe last 500 miles on the Atlantic. and is my 3rd one in 2023. Good and attentive serious watch keeping skills and very aware of possible weather complications. Experienced in a variety of conditions, but not much paper ! February 2024 delivery of Henri Waquiez ketch from Faro to Mindelo via the Canary Islands. Great sail to Las Palmas then a further week to Mindelo in solid trade wind sailing. Just returned to UK. Reasonable amateur. Not a professional Most of my sailing in last 15 years on sailing yacht Zanzibar, a 42' Humphreys UK built boat (ex Oystercatcher 26) based in Singapore/HK. Responsible and diligent watchkeeper,sail trimmer,cook and navigator. Engines are not my forte, but I have Sea Safety Survival and some first aid training.
