I learned to sail during my university years and have owned boats of various sizes for much of my life. My most recent boat was a Pacific Seacraft 37 which was kept in the southeastern US from 2005-2007. I sailed in the 2007 ARC Rally from St. Augustine, FL to Lagos Portugal with various family members as crew. The boat remained in Mediterranean waters for 10 years cruising as far east as Turkey and the Greek islands. I sold the boat in 2017. Now being without a boat I am interested in finding the occasional crewing opportunity. I am a mechanical engineer with extensive boat systems knowledge and am a good problem solver. I am a decent cook and have an easygoing disposition. In 2004 I crewed on a Swan delivery from Bermuda to St. Martin and found it easy to fit into the group. | |
