Hi, thanks for taking the time to view my profile. I am an experienced competent crew sailor having refreshed my qualification again more recently. I have crewed in the Solent, Mediterranean and Irish Sea ( quite an experience!) and now looking to realise a dream by crewing in either the ARC Pacific or Atlantic. People would describe me as a good team player, sociable, reliable and hard working. I'm neat and tidy on board and always wanting to learn something new. So be prepared for lots of questions! I understand that the dynamics on board are really important, especially for long voyages, and I am just as happy down below cooking or cleaning as I am up on deck. Im also a regular dinghy sailor for the past 15 years at Lancing Sailing Club undertaking regular duties on the safety rib etc. and belong to the main committee. More teamwork! I pride myself on being well organised and resourceful when needed and capable of resolving and overcoming challenges as they arisee on my travels. Having recently returned ( June 22) from 7 months back packing in Argentina and Brazil, these qualities were put to the test! I'm fit and healthy, free from most commitments and ready to go from 1st January 2023 onwards. Thanks again for your time and hope to hear from you. Kind regards Mike
