| Have been sailing since the early 90s with my father on our Barberis Show 34, later as crew member and skipper of different sailing yachts in regattas in the Mediterranean, Balearic and Canary Islands. Some example of boats I raced, Swan 46MKII, GS40, First42S7, Comet50, X-yacht41, First 50, HobieCat16 and 18 as instructor during summer camps in the late 80s. For long time I had to match my work life with my passion for sailing with a lot of effort. So since 2014, I decided to make my passion to become a profession and started as professional skipper for charter cruisers around the Mediterranean, Canary Islands, North athlantic, cruising with clients coming from all over the world. At winter an spring time I am also working for yacht deliveries with my crew. I also started my own charter agency, www.sailorone.com. I have the Italian license to sail without limits from coastline everywhere in the world, I am also endorsed RYA Yacht Master Offshore, RYA Power Boat level II, RYA First Aid, VHF SRC and STCW95. | |
