| I started racing sigma 33's in my early 20's in the solent completing many offshore races. At the same time most of my holidays were on flotillas in the mediterranean. The very first boat I owned was in Greece and I have sailed for many years in the Mediterranean eventually deciding to go further afield. I completed the ARC+ in my own boat (Bavaria390) in 2017. I crewed on the ARC 2018 on a catamaran "Intune" Joined the ARC yellowshirt team in 2021 in Gran canaria and St Lucia. I eventually want to complete a world circumnavigation but I am between boats at the moment and would like to sail a lot more offshore to gain more experience of different boats. My ambition is to complete the world ARC. I race Sonata's on the Medway when I am not off gallivanting. I am very handy and good at fixing most things on a boat. | |
