| Looking to crew ARC 2024 as mate/watch leader. Sixty years of sailing experience of all types. RYA and YA Yachtmaster Offshore instructor (lapsed). Voyage history too long to list, but since retirement have bought and skippered own 42' yacht in USA, undertaken the Caribbean 1500, cruised the Caribbean to Panama and across the Pacific to Australia. Have sailed as mate across the Indian Ocean, the ARC Baltic and Sail Malaysia rallies in different yachts. In recent years have sailed as mate for 6-7 week periods in eastern Mediterranean and in delivery trips closer to home. Presently enjoying ILCA dinghy racing at all levels, keeping fit, cross country ski racing, home life and friends. Wanting to sail across the Atlantic whilst fit and free. | |
