| Hi, I‘m Marie, I love sailing - ist means freedom beeing close to nature and daily challenges to me. I am sailing since my childhood, and love all kinds of sailing - Offshore, inshore, dinghis, also tall ships.. The longest time I spent on a boat was a trip from Mallorca to Gran Canaria, which was an amazing experience, as I was Co-Skipper with a non experienced crew. That was intense, I learned a lot and got another level of trust in myself and my abilities. Since then, I am hooked with „real“ Offshore sailing and would love to do it more often and also with other experienced sailors to further develop my skills. That’s why I would love to cross the Atlantic Ocean this winter. When I am not on a boat, I am working fulltime in an NGO in the field of Major Donor Fundraising in Vienna, love to take pictures, spend a lot of time with my friends, go out for icecream, dinner or some drinks with friends and always plan my next travels. If I should describe my personality, I would say that I am calm but very social, openminded and optimistic, and of course a dreamer who is very active and passionate. | |
