| I live in Key West, Florida, USA, with my wife and daughter (13 years). My goal is to find one or two trips a year with someone who needs competent, experienced, dependable crew. My wife an I spent 15 years living & sailing our sailboat around Florida and the Caribbean. For 15 years I worked as a captain on an 85' skip-jack eco-tour sailboat making day trips out of Key West. I also worked for several years as a US Sailing small boat instructor with youth sailing camps. The most important thing for me is finding a "good personality fit" with any boat I join. I am very comfortable with most areas of a sailboat: general diesel maintenance; electrical/electronics; basic sail repair; fiberglass repair; plumbing; cooking; navigation; safety; sailing. | |
