| I am an enthusiastic sailor looking to build ocean miles. I learned to sail in Optimist prams, did a lot of day sailing and cruising with my family in South Florida and the Bahamas. While in college, I was a paid deckhand for two summers on the 121’ gaff rigged Schooner Adventure based in Camden, Maine. For the past few years I have been chartering boats for cruising on the Chesapeake Bay with my wife. My career as a photojournalist is a point where I can pursue sailing for several weeks at a time. I would prefer to take part in deliveries but I am open to other opportunities, as well. | |
