Experience: | 25000 ocean miles / 25000 coastal miles |
Experienced deck hand and navigator with good references from former boat owners sekins ocean crossing, prefferably Atlantic since I've done two Indian Ocean crossings lately. Sailed on both own boat, taken care of crew and crewed on others, so know the do's and don'ts. Sailed around 50.000 nm in the last ten years. Last year in World ARC. Like night watches, can cook in rough conditions, never get sea sick. Like my own time and read a lot when I'm off watch, so won't get in your way. Extremely orderly and value clean boats. Can help out with most things, from navigating, night watches, rope handling, cooking and cleaning. Can repair a pump or a toilet after having my own sailboats for many years and owning and also living aboard a house boat in Stockholm, Sweden. Swedish Skippers license, ICC, VHF cert, STCW95 Basic Safety Training and Yachtmaster theory exam. | |
