Looking for: Worldwide opportunities
Experience: 2000 ocean miles / 1000 coastal miles
I’ve sailed through the Med, northern Australia, New Zealand, some Caribbean islands, a little along the NE coast of USA, and the longest passage was from Vanuatu to Cairns. I got my RYA Day Skipper in 2021. I’ve actually done that course twice, once with BOSS in the Solent and once in the calm waters of Greece. You can guess which one was more fun! For all of that though, I am rusty, because I don’t sail enough. But know the basics, can do watches, keep a course, etc. Im thinking about retiring, and ideally, Id like a long-term crewing position. Will be doing the 2022 ARC - maybe see you along the way 😊 I’m 59, and keep reasonably fit with cycling, swimming, walking and some yoga. I’m Australian, but working in Washington DC. Im a civil engineer by background, currently working for an international entity, which means I travel a lot.I
