| Completed the ARC 2015 (race division) as crew and watch leader all the way from the UK to St. Lucia - LOVED it. I am an avid sailor on the west coast of Canada since childhood. Racing was a passion until family life showed me the joys of cruising. I purchased a Hunter 450 and some of the fondest memories of my 3 kids include growing up cruising the outstanding waters around Vancouver Island. I now look forward to some serious blue water cruising and a circumnavigation. Sailed 2 seasons in New Zealand's north Island and crossed the Tasman Sea to New Caledonia. Recently did a yacht delivery from San Francisco to Vancouver. Canadian Yachting Associating Advanced Coastal Cruising Certified. Recently, Bluewater Cruising Association Watch Commander - Education. I am renewing my Transport Canada Marine Advanced First Aid. | |
