January 2020 update: After a successful career in Engineering, contracting and commercial management, I have been fortunate to have the time; opportunity; and to sail with some very experienced and friendly owners/skippers and crews on both long and short passages. There is never an end to what you can learn, and so much to gain from others about the craft we sail and the ways to cope with any condition. I enjoy ocean sailing, participating in all that is required on the boat on passage and in harbour. I have been privileged to see and explore many locations, and many more to come and those I hope to repeat. I am actively looking to join many more yachts in both Coastal and Ocean passages with both new positions and with all those that have become close friends. Being involved in the Oyster world Rally has given me so much experience, a whole world of friends and only confirms what sailing can accomplish and do for all involved. 21/02/17. I am a Commercially endorsed Professional Yacht Master Offshore. Cruising Instructor and with Ocean master theory. Willing to crew or skipper up to 24 mtr sailing vessel. Practical, used to short handed deliveries, 2 Atlantic crossings without autopilot, leading night watches. I am More than happy to discuss at any time and provide references from the owners and skippers I have sailed with. +44(0)7774579805. Not a bad cook either. Look forward to your call. | |
